Congratulations to Ms. Margaret Grady for receiving the Volunteer of the Year Award at our FSPS Partners In Education Awards Luncheon! Ms. Margaret started the year helping our kindergarteners learn how to navigate our cafeteria. Then, she spent the rest of the year working with our 1st graders on their reading skills! She gave so much of her time, talent, and loving care to our students! We love you, Ms. Margaret! Thank you!

We are excited to welcome Ms. Williams to Cook!

Hi! Iโ€™m Virginia Williams, and Iโ€™m so excited to be joining Cook Elementary as a SPED paraprofessional! Iโ€™m currently earning my bachelorโ€™s degree in Elementary Education through WGU and have a huge heart for helping students grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

I love creating strong relationships with students and being someone they can trust, laugh with, and learn from each day. Bringing encouragement, creativity,
patience, and joy into the classroom is one of my favorite parts of education, and I strive to help every student feel seen, valued, and capable.

When Iโ€™m not at school, you can usually find me spending time with my family, gardening, caring for animals, or working on my college assignments with an iced coffee nearby. Iโ€™m incredibly grateful to join the Cook Elementary family and canโ€™t wait to meet all of the amazing students and staff!

These two make walking into Cook Elementary a great experience for students, staff, and families! They always smile, have fun, are always kind, are always helpful, and they never let the stress of serving multiple people at once change their sweet attitudes! They serve our community with grace and excellence every day! Thank you Ms. Jenifer and Ms. Lacey! You are both so awesome!
