Brent Davidson is celebrating 10 years with QualServ and continues to play a key role in bringing customer concepts to life through thoughtful, high-quality design. Brent started with QualServ as a Design Engineer and has since been promoted to Lead Design Engineer. In his current role, Brent splits his time between managing Engineering Activity Requests within his direct workflow—helping ensure we meet customer design expectations and delivery timelines—and providing specialty design support across a wide range of concepts. His ability to balance coordination, technical problem-solving, and creative design makes him a strong resource for both our engineering team and our cross-functional partners. Brent is from Fort Smith, Arkansas, and graduated from Southside High School. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, bringing a valuable electrical perspective to projects that often blend multiple disciplines. Outside of work, Brent stays busy with a mix of hobbies: card games, board games, video games, and outdoor activities like hiking, disc golf, and pickleball. He also loves traveling and attending conventions. Personally, Brent has a goal to travel to a different country every 2–3 years to experience as much of the world as possible. Professionally, he’s focused on continuing to grow—expanding his management capabilities to a larger team while also pushing his design skills into even more complex projects that blend mechanical, structural, and electrical design. Brent on QualServ: “QualServ provides a unique opportunity for growth inside of creative spaces due to the broad scope of work afforded to us in this industry. For every standard cabinet or table, there is a complex fixture dreamed up by a customer’s interior designer or architect waiting for us to bring into reality through design and construction, allowing every department in the company to have a hand in saying they helped to make it happen.”
