The Sebastian County Election Commission runs Vote Centers on Election Day and additional Early Voting sites.

Registered Sebastian County voters can vote at any center, regardless of their precinct.

📢 Commission Meeting

We will be hosting a meeting tomorrow (May 6th) at 1 PM at the Sebastian County Election Commission office, located at 40 S. 4th St.

This meeting will address regular election business, including Voting Site Reviews. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

It's Certification Day!

Today at noon, we will be certifying the March 31, 2026 General Primary Election, our fourth and final election from the past three months, at the Sebastian County Courthouse in G8.

It has been an incredibly busy season, and we couldn’t have made it to this point without the dedication and hard work of so many. We want to extend our sincere thanks to our staff, poll workers, judges, delivery teams, and the many departments who stepped in to support us along the way.

Your commitment to serving our community and ensuring smooth, secure elections does not go unnoticed. We are grateful for each of you and all the effort it took to get us here today.

We’re putting the finishing touches in place as we prepare for the March 31, 2026 General Primary Election.

Join us for our Public Logic & Accuracy (L&A) Testing tomorrow (March 19th) at 1:30 PM at the Election Commission. This important step ensures all voting equipment is tested, accurate, and ready ahead of Early Voting.

Early Voting begins Tuesday, March 24, 2026! We look forward to serving our voters throughout the election process. Stay tuned for more details on times and locations.

Note: We have updated our schedule to include a midweek meeting to prep for the March 31, 2026 Primary Runoff Election.

Join us Monday at noon for the provisional hearing and recount at the Sebastian County Courthouse, Room G8, located at 35 S. 6th St. in Fort Smith. This important step helps ensure every eligible vote is properly reviewed and counted.

We will wrap up the week with certification of the election following UOCAVA processing and Certification of Election at noon on March 13.

Looking ahead to a busy and important week at Elections 🗳️

Next week, we will certify the February 3, 2026 Special Primary Runoff at the Sebastian County Courthouse G8 on Monday, February 9th at noon. Immediately following certification, we will conduct the ballot draw for the Special General Election involving the State Senate District 26 candidates for the March 3, 2026 Preferential Primary, Nonpartisan General, Annual School, and Special Election.

We’ll wrap up the week with a Public Logic & Accuracy (L&A) test on Friday, February 13, at 2:00 p.m. at the Elections Office. The public is welcome to attend.
