Today, a lot of hard work and effort on display as the campers worked through the agility camp. The regular campers, also, did a great job introducing themselves to the newcomers that joined in on today's effort to get better.

Today's vocabulary word "Amazing" was illustrated in action just as one of the camper's verbally defined the word..."causing a great surprise". Way to go, boys, you did a great job, today! We are looking forward to tomorrow when tomorrow's word 'conditioning' comes to life.

The best part about this week's camp, we get to experience the morning dew on the grass as our camp takes place on the old practice field just east of the NHS activity center...some of the campers weren't sure what to think when we hit the ground for a portion of our morning stretch and plyometric warm-ups.

We have had a great couple of days working with a few boys at the agility camp. If you are looking for engagement and activity for your boys K-6th grades, we will continue hosting an agility camp at NHS 8:00 to 9:15 am for k-3rd and 9:30 to 11 am for 4th-6th.

Emotions N Motion Boys K-6th Grade Agility Camp - WHEN: Weeks of July 16th - 20th; July 23rd - 27th; July 30th - August 3rd; August 6th - 10th | WHERE: Fort Smith Northside High Football Field | SESSIONS: K-3RD 8 am to 9:15 am & 4th-6th 9:30 am to 11 am | COST: $10/DAY, $35/WEEK, $100/MONTH (checks made payable to: Emotions N Motion) | Parent/Legal Guardian waivers to be completed prior to any boy's participation and only by that boy's parent or legal guardian | ATHLETIC APPAREL REQUIRED | The boys do not have to be active participants in any particular sport. This is a great opportunity to be outside around other boys in the elements.
