What You’ll Do:
Direct Care Staff work directly with our youth, providing supervision, support, and guidance throughout their daily activities. This role is essential in helping create a safe, stable, and positive environment while ensuring the well-being of the youth in our care.

Requirements:
✔️ Valid Driver’s License
✔️ Ability to pass a background check
✔️ Ability to pass a drug screening

Today was our Kick Off to Summer Party! ☀️💦

Our youth had an amazing time, and honestly, so did our staff! Just look at the pictures 🤣 Where else do you get paid to spend the day playing on a giant water slide? 🤩

We enjoyed a fantastic water slide from M and R Bounce Co., delicious snow cones from Kona Ice of Fort Smith, volleyball, co****le, and lots of outdoor games and activities. The laughter, smiles, and memories made today were the perfect way to kick off the summer season.

We have an exciting summer ahead filled with fun, adventures, and engaging activities for our youth, and we can’t wait to make even more memories together!

Summer, we’re ready for you! 🌞🎉

Big shoutout to our amazing maintenance guys, Joey and Brendon! 👏

They jumped in early this morning to help a parent change a tire, going above and beyond before the day even got started. We’re so thankful for team members who are always willing to lend a hand and show kindness when it’s needed most.

We’re getting so close to launching our new programs and we want it to feel like a place they can truly relax, be themselves, and have fun. 💛

We’re currently looking for donations of craft supplies and board games to help stock the space! Think things like:
- Paints, sketchbooks, markers, and DIY kits
- Friendship bracelet or jewelry-making supplies
- Puzzles and card games
- Classic or newer board games teens would enjoy

Our goal is to create a space that feels less like a program and more like a home!

If you have any new or gently used items you’d be willing to donate, we would be so grateful!
