Meet Brooks Norris.

President & CEO of Norris Group.

Brooks didn't discover construction in a boardroom. He learned it at 14, working alongside his father who owned Norris Masonry. That foundation never left him.

In 2007 he turned that lifelong apprenticeship into Norris Group — now 10 vertically integrated companies, 49 team members, and dozens of multifamily, industrial, residential, and commercial projects built and managed across multiple states.

Ask him what still drives him after nearly two decades, and he'll tell you: "I never wanted to build somewhere else — I wanted to build somewhere worth staying."

This is who builds Norris Group communities. Not a logo. Not a deck. A kid from Arkansas who started on a job site at 14 and never stopped.
