100-Year-Old Bristow Farmer Still Growing Pecans After 70 Years The record-breaking cold snap this week destroyed pecan crops across Oklahoma. But even losing nearly all his crop, won't stop a 100-year-old farmer from doing what he loves. In the southeast corner of Creek County, just a few miles outside Bristow, sits a paradise of pecan trees on Joe Ihle's land.

While I was vacationing in Panama City Beach ,FL I had to try some of the local BBQ. I’ve drove by this place for the last 7 years so I decided to give it a shot .
Live music ,bar and BBQ and a friendly staff what more could you ask for . I purchased 2 slabs of Saint Louis Style ribs. Well for starters they were way over priced so I’m thinking these ribs have to be the best around for a price of $34.99 for a slab of ribs. They offered 3 different sauces a HOT...Sweet ...and a white sauce.
The ribs were a little over cooked possibly day old. Says they were dry rubbed but couldn’t really taste any of that. Had a decent smoke flavor. The sauce and rib comb made the difference. I would have to give these ribs a 3.9 out of a possible 5
