The Signal Corps Regimental Association had the honor to promote those signalers who participated in the Hall of Heroes Dinner at the Manhattan Country Club—serving the families of our fallen heroes. It was a humbling reminder that behind every uniform is a family whose strength, sacrifice, and resilience continue to inspire us all. We remain forever grateful and committed to honoring their legacy—not just in words, but through our actions.

We also take immense pride in recognizing the powerful impact of women in leadership within our ranks. Our female signalers continue to lead from the front—driving innovation, strengthening our formations, and setting the standard for excellence across our Corps and communities. Their dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment embody the very best of who we are.

From the battlefield to the community, from legacy to leadership—our Signalers stand strong.

Pro Patria Vigilans.

🇺🇸🇨🇦 Stronger Together – Dominating Across All Domains 🇺🇸🇨🇦

This past exercise proved once again that when the U.S. Army and the Canadian Armed Forces come together, excellence is the standard—not the goal.

Led by the legendary 1st Infantry Division, this joint forces exercise showcased a new next-generation simulation environment, where precision, adaptability, and teamwork drove mission success. Through seamless integration and disciplined ex*****on, our forces demonstrated what it means to operate with lethality and proficiency in today’s evolving battlespace.

But beyond the maneuver and the tactics, there was a critical fight happening where few can see it—within the 5th Domain: Cyberspace. Our teams pushed boundaries, learned new capabilities, and strengthened our ability to defend and operate in an increasingly complex digital environment.

At the heart of it all stands a dedicated and often unseen force—the Signal community. From establishing resilient networks to ensuring uninterrupted communications across multinational forces, Signalers are the backbone of every operation. Whether in the field, in the air, or across cyberspace, they make one thing certain: we stay connected, we stay synchronized, and we win as a team.

This exercise wasn’t just about training—it was about building trust, sharpening capabilities, and reinforcing the bond between two nations committed to security and strength.

In Signal, in Cyberspace, and on the battlefield—there is strength in the network.

Fort Riley Signal Facts | Then & Now

In 1888, Quarters 1 on Barry Avenue stood as the home of the Commanding General at Fort Riley.

From his third-floor balcony, he watched Soldiers drill across the parade field.

But how did his orders travel across those fields?

Not by radio.
Not by satellite.
Not by fiber.

They traveled by flag.

Signal Soldiers of the United States Army Signal Corps used wig-wag flags — a system developed by Albert J. Myer — to transmit the Commander’s intent across distance with precision and discipline.

One flag.
One signal.
Zero mistakes.

Today we operate in cyber, space, and multi-domain operations — but the mission hasn’t changed:

Get the message through.

From balconies and battlefields to satellites and secure networks — Signal Soldiers remain the voice of command.
