Alpha Company, 82nd Engineers

Apocalypse Families! Next Friday November 8th from 12:30pm - 2:30pm is our Apocalypse Breach Remembrance Day. This is a day to recognize the veterans and history of the company. This will include a static display for people to see our vehicles, BBQ cookout, chili cookoff, and games. Location will be at the Apocalypse Company Operating Facility.

Over the past two weeks, Apocalypse conducted offense and defense operations at the National Training Center.

Apocalypse conducted Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) Driver Training, recognized Soldiers, and Trained on Individual Sapper tasks ahead of NTC. Several of our Soldiers have also already landed in California to set the conditions for NTC.

Last week, Apocalypse conducted final rail operations, trained Soldiers on the Javelin, and rehearsed Breaching at the National Training Center. Several Soldiers in 2nd Platoon were promoted including SGT Poventud, SPC Dawson, and PFC Boasi.

Last week, Apocalypse finalized maintenance before beginning rail operations, conducted initial vehicle inspections, and trained personnel on the Javelin, Stinger, and RQ-28A Drone systems. Six Soldiers graduated from the Bradley Commander Course at Fort Moore, Georgia.

Last week, Apocalypse finalized maintenance, prepared camouflage for vehicles, and conducted sport competitions for Victory Wellness and Foundation Day.

Last Week, Apocalypse conducted maintenance on vehicles in preparation for NTC, executed at the Bradley Conduct of Fire Trainer (COFT), and trained dismounts on Bradley tasks.
