We recently recognized and celebrated his well-deserved promotion from Second Lieutenant to First Lieutenant. Throughout his service, 1LT Peng has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, initiative, and dedication to the Soldiers he leads.

On January 7th, the 258th Human Resources Company conducted a Change of Responsibility ceremony, transferring First Sergeant duties from 1SG Rutherford to 1SG Sheffield. This week has been an exciting one for the Reliable Battalion as we took time to recognize outstanding leaders. CW2 Castaneda was honored with the prestigious Order of Saint Martin. Additionally, our Brigade S-1 team was recognized at the CG’s award ceremony for achieving the top HR Metrics performance in the Division.

It’s been a busy few weeks in the Reliable Battalion, marked by winning the Best DFAC Thanksgiving Meal, bidding farewell to CSM Bezanson, and collecting donations for Operation Santa Claus. Throughout it all, Reliable Soldiers have remained focused and are now leaning forward as they prepare for Holiday Opportunity Leave.
