· Assist with general office duties
· Complete detailed move-in inspections prior to leasing each property

Leasing Agent Requirements and Qualifications:

· Florida Real Estate License
· Sales or marketing skills preferred
· Experience with property management software preferred
· Driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Bilingual communication skills
· Organizational skills
· Excellent leasing and closing skills
· Flexible schedule.

We are seeking an Executive Administrator to join our team! You will provide administrative support for team members, owners and clients at our company. We are looking for someone who is well spoken, welcoming with good writing and communication skills. We will train new hires, no experience required but preferred. Position hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. $14.50/hr.

Maintain and order supplies
Accounting once a month for pay out
Answer and transfer incoming calls
Become proficient with office software
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields(preferred but not required)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
Good communication (bilingual-English/Spanish)
