Today I received my StretchA Method sweater from my first Thai on the floor mentor!!!!! I love this material and feel so lucky to have had the chance to meet .method and learn from her. Looking forward to having you here to teach at the next February!!!!

It’s May people that means I’m saying goodbye to a large chunk of clientele for a solid six months. I’m gonna miss you guys. You sure are special to me. I’ll be looking up practitioners in your area and waiting patiently for your return. Be safe in your travels and take good care of your bodies.
