We are fortunate that Southwest Florida dodged the wrath of Hurricane Helene. Our team reported no damage at any of our vacation homes around Cape Coral. We continue to remain open for guests looking to book a stay in our city.

Cape Coral city officials said damage was minimal for our area. Most local businesses are operating as usual. Our local airport RSW has also resumed operations Friday.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Florida communities and states to our north impacted by the storm and we wish them well as they recover.

The first time Tito Ortiz stepped foot into Cape Coral was on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, three days after Hurricane lan hit Southwest Florida.
When his friend, Captain James Marko, told him how bad it was, the former Light Heavyweight Champion and Hall of Famer hopped a flight to Miami and crossed the ravaged state with generators, fuels and supplies.
In December, the Huntington Beach, California, native moved to Cape Coral with his wife, Amber, and twin sons.
Since coming to Southwest Florida, has been putting his heart and soul into his first restaurant.
Tito's Cantina Tequila Bar & Grille is expected to open on Cape Coral Parkway later this month.
