🏝️Our Caribbean Fusion Journey cooking class has been such a joy!

This past weekend, our amazing group had a blast preparing Cuban-style Arroz con Pollo 🍗🍚 — with a healthier twist. We elevated this classic dish with a splash of wine 🍷, a fresh homemade sofrito 🌿, and an abundance of colorful vegetables 🫑🥕🌽, making it both flavorful and nourishing.
