Backyard Social launched today in south Fort Myers with eight food trucks: The Great Foodini’s Seafood (lobster rolls and ceviche), Arepa Express (Venezuelan cuisine), No Manches! (tacos, bao and flautas), Gigi Gourmet (burgers, cheesesteaks and grilled cheese sandwiches), Gyros2Go (Greek street food), Beau's BBQ (ribs, brisket, pulled pork), Easy Cheesy (pasta and mac'n'cheese) and Addison’s On The Go (chicken). Customers can order without standing in line by using a QR code from their tables. The new business, created and owned by friends Mat Baum and John Mann, includes a full bar, a Love Boat Home Made Ice Cream bar, live entertainment and games in an open-air complex at 16371 Corporate Commerce Way, just off Ben Hill Griffin Road and north of Alico Road.
