My sessions are largely intuitive: we meet where we are. I wielded my craft at my mother's feet. She never marketed herself as a reader/healer, but I have found a way to integrate it all.

I integrate coffee, tea, food, crystals, breath work, yoga, reiki, human design, tarot and oracle decks, art and music, literature and movies, good old fashioned common sense, herbalism, religious teachings, subtle energy, history and philosophy, astrology, mechanics and biology, plant attunement, and skills I developed as a teacher to, at worst, listen and, at best, guide my clients into their next season, or through their current one..

I have a very gentle way, and am new to the business, but very old in my practice.

We can meet in person, via zoom, fb messenger, or the phone. I prefer to work in real time energy. I find it is most honest.

Over the years, I've discovered where my talents truly lie, and cultivated my rhythms and methods through refinement of skill.

I am a subtle worker.

“The elders versed in the mores of the Celtic culture instructed me in the meaning of a special word, buíochas. It means, as best I can render it, tender gratitude. The buíochas should be very high in each person, like a glass that is full. Buíochas is also a self-protection. You should carry gratitude in your heart for everything inside and outside your life and all the small things that impinge on your consciousness. The feeling of buíochas is like a medicine of the mind that holds your life together. The old saying buíochas le Dia, thanks be to God, reminded the human family that life itself is the greatest gift and should therefore be treasured in yourself and in all others.”

People don’t want the truth.

They want their beliefs reinforced. When they’re not, they go into fight or flight. Their body actually feels danger. Without the awareness of the ego, hearing the truth will cause someone to totally shut down. To take things personal. And to not even allow an outside perspective.

The wisest people have learned to accept that uncomfortable feeling. To know it’s just the ego and body feeling unsafe. To listen and to absorb information that clashes with their pre-conceived beliefs. It’s this process that allows us to actually evolve as human beings. It’s this process that allows them to understand reality is a concept we co-create.

Many people aren’t in touch with reality. You’ve met them. They don’t see themselves. They can’t see who someone else actually is. They’ve created an entirely different narrative to a situation. If you bring up something outside of that perspective, you’re met with defensiveness or denial. Two of the most common coping mechanisms know to human beings.

The truth is never final. It changes as we do. It’s a quest. A journey to challenging yourself. To exposing yourself to new things, perspectives, and people. The reason we say “the truth will set you free” is because it will. And the reason so few are free is because it’s deeply uncomfortable to get to the other side of denial that we call truth
