I got a cold sore on my lip this week. 😭 I felt it coming on before it made it’s appearance. My lips were chapped and I felt the left side swell to twice it’s size! 😳 The next day I woke up with my lips looking lopsided and sore. 😱 So…I made a mad dash for to pick up some Vitamin E capsules. ➡️ Tip: Wash your hands. Sterilize a needle or safety pin tip with fire or alcohol. Pop vitamin e to release liquid. Use ring finger and gently tap a little liquid on cold sore as often as you need to.
