Congratulations to Hailey Noah and Gabe Grinsteinner who claimed the 6th Region Unified Bowling Championship last night at Bellewood Lanes!
The sophomore duo defeated Ryle, 140-134, in the final match of the night to give them their first regional championship and, in doing so, earned their second state championship tournament spot.
They will compete in this year's KHSAA Unified Bowling State Tournament in two weeks. The pair competed in the state tourney two years ago and made it to that years Elite 8.
This is Hailey's third state tournament appearance and second 6th Region title. She and partner Jensen Linder claimed the 2020 state title in one of the most memorable moments in recent Beechwood sports history.
Congratulations also to Aggy Celis-Hernandez and Haylee Nordneyer who came in third advancing all the way to the Final Four.
Strong showings were also had by partner pair Zach Yap & Carter Ritter and partner pair Grace Vanderpool and Atlas Stricker.
Proud of our Tigers! 🎳🐯
