It’s been a while since I have posted anything, but we have been busy. Here are a few completed projects from the last few weeks. I will have a few more final pictures of the before and afters, of the kitchen renovation, later this week.

You guys have probably seen this on Pinterest, but it was pretty fun to install, and see it come to life.

This is what climbing up and down a ladder 5,438,456 times looks like, when you finish a project.

Some of the before pictures (and a few during the reno) of a one bedroom apartment we have been working on the last month. We should be done with this one by the end of the week. Finishing pictures to come.

A few before and afters of a couple jobs we completed between a one bedroom apartment renovation.

We are nearly complete on the one bedroom apartment. Finishing pictures to follow at the end of the week, once the vanity, and kitchen countertops are in. I’ll post some of the before pictures as well.

A couple before and afters of some recent projects we knocked out last week. Still waiting for Amazon to deliver the mantle to match the floor for the black, 18’ tall wall. Putting those frames up is always fun. I love these transformations. We are coming along on an 1 bedroom apartment reno as well. More pictures to follow later this week.

Some crown work. And board and batten work. We had to paint the upper section on the board and batten project twice. Greenish was the first color, but it all ended up getting repainted to a nice blue color to fit the customers home better.

This basement turned out to be a big project. Concrete cracks everywhere with high and low spots in the floor, from the cracks. From the back left corner of the office area, to the other side where the tv is, was 6” out of level, over about a 30’ span. Filling and building that up took quite a bit of time and effort.

We had to get a water heater relocated, get gas lines moved, frame out the walls, level the floor, do electric, drop the ceilings (in what seemed to be every spot, so we could hide the floor joists, wires, hvac, etc.), drywall, paint, doors, floors, trim, epoxy and flake a storage room, etc. All that is left is the quartz countertop to be installed.

This one presented a lot of issues, and a lot of changes along the way. Glad this one is almost behind us, and we are moving on to the next one.

A few projects completed from this week and last. Getting in a few jobs while we were waiting on material for the basement we’re in.

Two of my favorite clients, who live in the same subdivision, one street away from each other! Both are repeat customers, both are awesome to do work for, and they are my biggest supporters, who have referred me to so many people in their area! Much appreciated to them!

First job was a long hallway with an awesome setup for pop-a-shot, turned into a functional office. The hall was fully open, so we added the framing and French door to close off the space, and did the semi-custom cabinet work to fit the space. Also added two floating shelves above the sink for the bourbon bar.

Second job was for a second living room space for the kids. 13’ of multifunctional, entertainment space.

Love how both of them turned out, and that we were able to fit these jobs in between another job.
