Spring fair is here! Join us for a revitalizing day dedicated to easing back pain naturally and holistically.
Start with a beginner friendly yoga session designed to release tension in the back, hips and hamstrings, strengthen core and improve the posture( wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a mat), hear from experts in chiropractic care and functional wellness, followed by demos on anti inflammatory cooking. Our Live well practitiners will be there to talk aboutt their services. Dont forget to mark your calendars for this free event!
