Art and play are vital for young children, helping them develop healthy ways to express themselves and build strong social and emotional skills.
That's why we embrace art and play therapy, connecting with young children right where they are to support their healing and growth.

🤯 positive thinking 🥰
A new study shows that when you pay attention to the good in your life—even the small things—your brain builds stronger pathways for happiness, calmness, and clearer thinking. This process is called neuroplasticity, and it’s the way your brain adapts and grows throughout your life.
By practicing simple habits like noticing good moments, showing gratitude, or holding onto positive thoughts for a few extra seconds, you can slowly shift your mindset toward more peace and positivity.
Over time, these small mental shifts can become powerful patterns, helping you respond to challenges with resilience, reduce stress, and feel more present in your daily life.
It’s not about ignoring difficulties, but about training your mind to find balance and strength even in the middle of them.

Art therapy is all about expression. Clients process their thoughts and emotions throughout the creative journey, gradually discovering and giving meaning to what emerges. I love witnessing how art opens doors to insight, healing, and self-understanding for each individual.

I cannot believe today has arrived! It confirmed. I am a fully licensed clinician. 😊 I never give up 🙌 I went through so many challenges and days when I did not see how I could make it to the end of the day! But I did it, after 1500 clinical hours and 2 years. Here I am!!!! Multiple Sclerosis slowed me down, but did not stop me. I had years of struggle and difficulties. God is good! Thank you to everyone who believed in me!!!!!

Something to reconsider ♥️
Psychology says people raised in the 1960s and 70s developed these 8 mental strengths that are rare today If anything, the mental strengths of older generations remind us of a crucial truth: Progress doesn’t always make us stronger. Sometimes it makes us softer in the wrong ways.
Working your emotions throughout in an art ♥️ as you can describe, as you can draw and express it 🙌
