Customer wanted to add a kitchen in the basement

Customer wanted these floor to ceiling mirrors taken down in the basement . The Sheetrock wall ended up having mold from the mirrors and the dampness in the basement in combination with the sun shining on the wall so I took the Sheetrock down to replace it to find this Termite damage and active termites. In 48 hours it was exterminated, wood replaced, insulation replace and new Sheetrock is ready to be painted.

Gutted old, built custom window under circle top window, made board and batten wall, tile shower walls and floor,tile floor and paint bathroom 10 working days:

Adding a little trim to the stairway walls makes a big difference
