🔥 Quick Tip: as fun as it looks, vinyl tile doesn’t belong around gas fireplaces.

Heat can cause it to warp, discolor, or release harmful fumes, and most manufacturers don’t allow it there anyway.

Stick with tile or stone for a safe, long-lasting option.

Not quite sure how it’s May already, but time flies when you’re crazy busy!

You don’t realize how many random facts you’ve accumulated over 21 years until you send a day spewing them off for someone! (For example, why window balances on early 2000’s brick front homes fail so often- it was the acid wash on the brick ruining the metal balances!)
