We are a nonprofit 501c3 EIN 61-1984754. They meet Tuesdays at 1830.
The Scouting Area Committee (SAC) on Joint Base Lewis McChord's plan is to bring scouting to the whole community of JBLM. It's our personal responsibility to ensure our programs are all inclusive. Families of scouts will know that wherever their military journey takes them, their children will carry with them the skills that make them better citizens and better members of their communities. As the 2025–2026 school year comes to an end, we would like to thank all of our leaders and volunteers for your dedication, support, and leadership in guiding the Scouts of Pack 462, Troop 62, and Crew 62. Your time and commitment help create meaningful experiences, lasting memories, and valuable life skills for our youth.
Our units will continue meeting throughout the summer, although schedules may vary. If you are interested in joining Scouting or would like to come check us out, please reach out — we would love to welcome you!

Come on by the Commissary on LEWIS MAIN on November 16th and 17th between 10am to 5pm and support our scouts from Troop 62, Crew 62, and Cub Scout Pack 462 for this great event!

On December 14, 2024 members of Crew 62--JBLM, WA, along with community members, will be helping Camp Lewis Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.
Consider sponsoring a wreath (or two) as we honor our fallen heroes.
