You don’t need a whole new routine to feel like the more confident and calmer version of you.
A lot of the time your body will tell you what is needs in order to discharge the stress it’s carrying around.
(The same stress that keeps you in self-doubt and feeling on edge!)
These 5 practices are some of the most powerful (and FREE) ways to help your body downshift from “fight-flight” mode and get you closer to closing the stress loop.
Which means less time STAYING stressed.
❌You’re not starting from 0.
âś…You have more tools than you realize.
âś…You just need to learn how to intentionally use those tools for your maximum advantage.
Getting familiar with YOUR tools and using them intentionally (to live less stressed!) is what I share on here.

If you’re trying to improve your confidence without getting to know your nervous system, what keeps you jacked in survival mode, and how to regulate your nervous system…
You’re setting yourself up for continued disappointment, stress, insecurity, frustration, etc.
You can’t grow authentic confidence - like real confidence not based on performance, achievements, what you do for others, etc. - if you’re constantly living in a stressed out body.
Why?
Because confidence is a higher psychological need.
Safety is a “basic” or primary need.
You need a stable foundation in order to build sustainably.
Learning to regulate the nervous system, which will tell your body it doesn’t have to be stressed, isn’t that complicated.
I’d bet money that you’re already doing several of the practices that help regulate the nervous system.
You’re just not doing them:
👉🏼intentionally;
👉🏼as prevention;
👉🏼as often as your body needs it;
👉🏼in safe environments.
