🩺🪖 What happens when evacuation isn’t minutes away?

During the JEMX, combat medics, residents, and medical personnel from the Army, Navy, Air Force, and our international partners are training for the realities of large-scale combat operations.

Through realistic prolonged field care scenarios, teams are managing complex injuries, performing lifesaving procedures, navigating ethical dilemmas, and making difficult decisions under pressure — all with one goal in mind: giving casualties the best chance of survival and, when possible, returning them to the fight.

Training like this prepares our medical teams for the challenges of tomorrow’s battlefield, before they ever face them in the real world.

Hearing loss is more common than you might think, and it affects people of all ages.

Long-term exposure to loud sounds – from headphones to job sites – can cause permanent damage. And once it’s gone, it doesn’t come back.

Small steps make a big difference:
✔ Lower the volume
✔ Use ear protection
✔ Take listening breaks
