Typically, photos on our site are official photos, taken by FG public affairs or visual information personnel while documenting events on FG and cleared for release to the public. Non-official photography on FG is normally restricted, but is permitted for newsgathering activity (when accompanied by a PAO es**rt). Other requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. The Education Center will be impacted during this time. Services will be extremely limited with very minimal staff available until further notice.

Announcement
Soldier Tuition Assistance Requests: If Congress does not pass a Budget or Continuing Resolution before 1 October 2025, approved FY26 Tuition Assistance (TA) Requests may be cancelled. ACCESS will cancel TA Requests starting on 30 September 2025 at 2359 UTC (1959 eastern time) for 1 October 2025 term start dates and will continue daily cancellations throughout the government shutdown. These daily cancellations will continue until either a Budget or a Continuing Resolution is approved by Congress and signed by the President.

Soldier Credentialing Assistance Request: If Congress does not pass a Budget or Continuing Resolution before 1 October 2025, pending FY26 Credentialing Assistance (CA) Requests may be cancelled. More guidance will be provided on CA Request start dates after the government returns to work.

Civilian SF182s: SF 182s that currently exist in ArmyIgnitED for Army Civilians will be disapproved if funds are not available at the start date of training. Do NOT create/submit SF 182s without prior approval from your Career Field Training Officer.

Cadet Payment Requests: Cadet CPRs can continue to be submitted however, they will not be processed for payment until after the government shutdown has ended. Once the government shutdown has concluded you will receive your direct payments for R/B and university T/F payments.
