September was unusually busy in Old Town, with quite a few more homes hitting the market this month as compared to last September. I can only posit that many of these sales were being tee'd up in anticipation of rates cutting with the FED rate cut, and I think we will see the trickle down effect of that into October. September 24’ - Listing Spotlight — Old Town Fort Collins Living September certainly felt busier in Old Town activity than in years past, and the numbers prove that point well. November 23’ - Listing Spotlight — Old Town Fort Collins Living

November fell back into a familiar rhythm of less listings, and we saw 6 hit the market this month. Some of those were recycled from months past, but with a recent drop in rates and prices, there is starting to be some movement to end the year. Here is my latest blog post with insights from all of the November activity in Old Town Fort Collins:

November 23’ - Listing Spotlight — Old Town Fort Collins Living After a standout month of October where 26 homes were listed, I expected that November would be a much quieter month in terms of new listings. In a similar trend to last year, there were only 6 homes listed this November (5 were listed last November) which trends towards some normality in the market
