Spring Break is calling… but don’t let the sun, salt, and chlorine ruin your blonde extensions ☀️✨
If you’re traveling with blonde hair extensions, protecting them is key to keeping that bright, expensive blonde looking fresh when you get back.
Here are a few must-do tips:
💧 Always wet your hair before the pool or ocean
Dry hair acts like a sponge. If you soak it with clean water first, it won’t absorb as much chlorine or salt.
🧴 Use a leave-in conditioner or hair oil
Coating your extensions before swimming helps create a protective barrier and keeps them from drying out.
👱♀️ Braid it or put it in a loose bun
This prevents tangling and matting while you’re swimming, boating, or laying on the beach.
🚿 Rinse immediately after swimming
Don’t let chlorine or salt sit in your extensions. A quick rinse can save your blonde.
🪮 Brush gently with a professional extension brush
Start from the ends and work your way up to protect both your extensions and your natural hair.
Blonde extensions are an investment—treat them like it so your hair still looks luxurious even when vacation ends 💁♀️✨
