Lara's skill as a player, her punctuality, her hunger to improve, her relentless pursuit of fitness, her commitment to our team vision, her honesty and compassion, her willingness to play anywhere she's needed, even her connectedness to every team and player in our league...she is THE OG GEM.

Lars gets the GEM award this season for being everything we all want to be when we grow up 💎

In a difficult season, Haley's first goal was the brilliant shot of joy everyone needed. She's always in the right place and magic on the ball. We are always in the game when Haley's on the field.

She gets the GAME CHANGER award this season for being a baller 💎

SO. MANY. SAVES. And at least half of them were STUNNERS that left our jaws on the floor. She is the unanimous and undisputed champion of the box 🧤

Jurnee gets the GUARDIAN award for saving our butts more times than we could count 💎

No one on the team made people feel more seen and appreciated than Finn, and their positivity and encouragement touched everyone in a way that brought safety and love to all of us

Finn gets the GRACE award this season for their kindness and poise on the field 💎

From sleepless nights wondering if we would get a place to practice to pestering us all to do our logistical responsibilities, Sabrina did more work behind the scenes to make our team successful than any of us even know.

Sabrina gets the GLUE award this season for holding us all together, and making all our Gems come true 💎

Maddie came new to the Gems this season and got better and better at outside mid. She ended the season with a banger of a goal from downtown!

Maddie gets the GROWTH award this season, for the dedication she put into improving herself and the team 💎

💎 ARVADA DAY 1 RECAP 💎

The Gems fought hard in the heat and secured third place in group play at the Arvada women’s tournament.

Our first game was lost in the final minute after 0-0 stalemate. In the second game, the Gems secured a win with a goal assisted by went on to score her first goal for the Gems in our third game with an assist from .

Tomorrow, the Gems will head into the playoffs tomorrow morning at 9:45!
