We're looking for a Senior Employment Specialist to join our Economic and Workforce Development team.

The Senior Employment Specialist is a self-directed professional responsible for developing and delivering engaging public workshops and staff training for adult learners.

🌟 This role also provides individualized coaching to job seekers on critical skills, including job search strategies, resume writing, and career development. The primary focus is on equipping job seekers with foundational skills, not case management.

🌟 Using a compassionate yet structured approach, the Specialist confidently works with individuals facing employment barriers.

🌟The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative in program development and apply creativity, independence, and a customer-centered mindset to all service delivery aspects.
