✅ Be a current member of the Indiana 1977 Police Officers' and Firefighters' Retirement Fund
✅ Be at least 21 years of age
✅ Hold certification as an EMT-B, EMT-A, or EMT-P
✅ Successfully complete the Noblesville Fire Department physical agility test
