The AB New Garage Build is in its finishing phase! Doors and windows are in, attic ladder has been installed for storage access, and the TruLog Steel Siding is going in beautifully! Should be wrapping this one up close to end of day tomorrow! Stay tuned for final photos to come!

The beginning of the SP 3rd Bay Garage Gym Conversion. This project is fully permitted and will consist of demolition of existing cabinets, framing a separation wall with pocket door, an ice bath nook with custom finish, new electrical outlets and lighting, removing the overhead garage door opener and installing a side mount opener for more head room, drywall, paint, and we will finish it off with rubber gym floor Matt’s. Follow along as we are just getting started!

Gearing up for another exciting project for our amazing clients! The Drake RFQ plans and permits have been submitted! This project will consist of an alteration to an existing carport that will be converted into a finished sunroom/enclosed patio.

Days 1-4 on the AB New Construction Garage Build! Framing inspections passed first round on Friday and roof is on! We will be returning next week to complete window and door install, attic access ladder for the storage space, and TruLog Steel lap siding, soffit, and fascia installation in a matte white finish!
Day 1- The AB Garage Build kick off! Started with layout and Wall framing! With a little funnel cloud excitement in the afternoon!
Day 2- The AB Garage Build walls are sheathed, braced, and trusses are going on!
Day 3- The AB Garage Build trusses are on! Attic storage floor in! Gable end installed! Ready for roof sheathing!
Day 4-The AB Garage build has just a few more items to wrap up and it’s ready for shingles!
