Before wrapping up the semester, we hosted the annual ANEQ 470 Showcase!

Throughout the semester, Dr. Bob Delmore and Dr. Jennifer Martin introduced ANEQ 470 students to the world of meat processing systems. The course concluded with a hands-on final project where students developed their own ready-to-eat or ready-to-cook product, created a product pitch, and served their products to the department to be voted on for People's and Judges Choice.

Congratulations to the class on all of their hard work and creativity this semester!

Congratulations to Ram Country Meats Operations Manager, Kyle Harrington, on receiving the College of Agricultural Sciences Outstanding Staff Award!

Kyle’s journey with Ram Country Meats began as an undergraduate student pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, followed by a master’s degree in Biomanufacturing and Biotechnology. Over the past EIGHT years, he has grown through the program and into his current leadership role, making a lasting impact on our students, department, and daily operations.
