The market did not give up in January. Buyers seem to be understanding the new norm of interest rates are here to stay, at least for now. Talks of the Fed helping out in 2026 are very real, but time will tell.

Congrats to 3 wonderful sellers and a family looking to start a new renovation project partnered with their son as his first real estate experience as he attends CSU.
