A little behind the scenes—
Here’s how we organize our dusters and microfibers!
The Keepow brand dusters we buy come in these handy laundering bags, but we use them to separate and organize towels instead.
Purple towels=for PH cleaner and used in Kitchen and general areas
Multicolored fleece dusters
Blue/grey/white microfibers-for stainless cleaner, stone polish, and wood oil, respectively.
In separate clean bags, we keep white cotton towels, and multicolored microfibers to disinfect bathrooms.
How do you guys organize your cleaning stuff??
Might keep cleaning houses. Might quit cleaning houses and work for National Geographic 🤷🏻♀️😂

I’m going to be honest and probably extremely controversial right now, but…
Seeing businesses on social media use ai to create every picture, checklist, information sheet etc is a huge turn off for me and I’m determined not to use it for my business.
Personally, it just makes everything blend together and look “ai” branded..no thanks!
No shade to those who use ai, I do think it can be a helpful tool. But it just feels like suddenly we’re being smothered with it. It doesn’t feel authentic to me.
This is the result of a dry windy winter on the front range!
The client had been on vacation so the house was still clean from our visit two weeks prior. This is simply buildup from the crazy winds and lack of moisture.
WHERE you’re cleaning houses really matters. I’m originally from Iowa and started cleaning houses there in 2013. The biggest difference I noticed? The dirt is brown. In Fort Collins, CO it’s more of a RED! In addition to that, Iowa is notorious for cold, frozen, nasty winters, which means tons of salt on floors.

MRS. MEYER’S CONCENTRATE cleaner
In thirteen years of cleaning houses, I’ve had four or five people who are allergic and point out they can’t handle “whatever flowery smell” I used because of allergies. And it’s always the Mrs. Meyers. (It was identified as a top allergen in 2013)
Other clients say, “oh I just love how the house smelled when I came home!”
So, needless to say, we do keep it in our caddy. It’s loved by some and hated by others, and it just goes to show that you can just do what works for you!

Using Dawn PowerWash to clean your shower isn’t just a cleaning hack, it’s a LIFE hack.
Watch the grease and grime from body filth and soap products melt right off!
Not intended for all shower types of course, always do your research first, and test an inconspicuous area of your surface! (Even if the bottle says it’s safe)
