the black granite countertop and dark tile backsplash were not working for my client. Too dark, not enough counterspace and not very inviting. And the old, oversized built in microwave looked awkward and bulky too. Replacing the countertops and backsplash with beautiful Taj Mahal Quartzite, updating the lighting and reconfiguring some cabinets transformed this kitchen to a bright and inviting space.
