Jael is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Board Certified, and a Certified Personal Trainer, with over a decade of hands-on experience. She has had a wide range of clientele from infants struggling to latch to athletes professionally competing. Jael takes an integrative approach that addresses the body as a whole system, which combines: therapeutic massage, neuromuscular techniques, craniosacral therapy, and Reiki. She specializes in pelvic girdle (lower back) tension, shoulder (neck) tension, and TMJ dysfunction. Clients can look forward to improved movement, reduced tension, and a gentle reconnection with their bodies.
