They aren’t done yet, but I made two huge, thick cutting boards, (check my page, logo coming soon @ Kerf Boards) to showcase the amazing beauty of quarter-sawn white oak. I seriously just love making these HUGE cutting boards. My latest boards are starting at about 27” and I cut them down to about 22-24”. They are 12-13” wide. Soon once again I will be making smaller ones. The next photos are of a wood weaving pair I started last year and finally finished. My weaving came out a little wonky so I will sell these for less than I would have hoped if my cuts were cleaner and everything lined up. It does have sort of a guitar motif though? I really struggled with these on the bandsaw, and clamping these weaves together, but I’m still pretty happy with how they came out. I was going for a new look and I think I got it.
