CSU Outstanding Grad: Averie Loma, College of Health and Human Sciences 06/18/2026

“I just knew, as soon as I came onto campus, that I could call this home for the next few years,” said Loma, who participated in the Bridge Scholars mentoring program the summer before her freshman year. “That’s what really set me up for success here. I got to meet other people who were also first generation, who were in similar boats, and I’ve had the opportunity to have many mentors. It was just a support system built from the start.”

CSU Outstanding Grad: Averie Loma, College of Health and Human Sciences For her perseverance and achievements, Averie Loma has been named the outstanding graduate from the College of Health and Human Sciences for Spring 2026.

Welcome to Summer Session!

Enjoy the refreshing slower pace of summer whether you’re completing a few credits online or experiencing the smaller class sizes and community of our beautiful CSU summer campus. It’s easier to focus and dive deep with one or two classes.

In-person class sizes are generally much smaller, making it easier to learn and connect with professors and fellow students. Plus, Fort Collins is quieter, and mountain adventures are right out your door!
