The trips keep coming! Today. 10 father-child pairs leave for South America on our Trek: Amazon+Andes experience. Our hope is for this experience to be more than an amazing adventure, but an experience that would launch these young adults into the next season of their lives with a greater sense of God's Kingdom and a deeper connection to their dads.

How many sons received an intentional initiation into manhood? Not many.

But that changes for the five sons heading out today with their dads on our Man Maker Canoe Canada experience.

Initiation. Connection. Blessing...all coming in the next five days.

We think a lot of men have learned how to live without brotherhood by pretending they don’t need it.

That sounds harsh, but we’ve done it too.

This conversation started around the difference between buddies and brothers, and edged into some deeper waters around loneliness, fear, and why it's hard for us to open up. We examine why surface-level friendships feel safer and why being known by another man can feel both healing and terrifying.

Hot off the press! The Restorative Man Journal is here! Here's a resource that's as simple as it is thoughtful: 60 journal prompts for the man wanting to be fully alive.

This is a guided journey designed to help men pause and reconnect with their story—before God and in honest reflection. It’s not a quick fix, and it’s not another productivity tool. It’s a steady, practical framework for the deeper work of formation.

Each day has a guided prompt that help you name what’s true, Bible passages to ground each day, and space to process your story with honesty and clarity, all in a rhythm built for steady growth.

Most men aren’t short on people around them. They’re short on real connection. The kind that holds up when life gets heavy, not just when things are easy.

That’s really what Brotherhood Primer invites: stronger, more honest relationships between men who actually show up for each other.

Truly grateful for the 60+ men who joined us last weekend for East Coast Grove Experience. What a gift to be surrounded by dear brothers and invited by our good God.

He thought surfing was about catching waves. Turns out, it was about everything underneath that.

In this conversation with Trevor Olson, we get into what happens when something you love slowly becomes something you have to fight for. More waves. More control. More proving. But then there’s this new way he started to see. Not chasing the next wave. Not competing for space. Just being there. Receiving God's invitation.

It’s a conversation about surfing, sure. But it’s also about how we live when there doesn’t feel like enough, and what it might look like to loosen our grip and find joy again.

Today, 62 men join us in Richmond, Virginia, for our second-ever East Coast Grove. Each man has said yes to God's invitation towards healing and restoration. Where will that invitation lead us over the next four days? Can't wait to find out...
