We have meetings every third Saturday of each month except December at 10:00 AM on Zoom and in person at the Ft. We invite knowledgeable speakers, who present informative and interesting subjects at our meetings and workshops.

LCGS Monthly Meeting and Program, "Crossing the Delaware with George Washington," Saturday, June 20, 10AM-Noon, in-person at the Ft. Collins Senior Center and via Zoom. Former LCGS Board member Sherrie Farnell will discuss why the crossing was important and its impact on the cause of Independence and the everyday soldier including her 5th great grandfather, Connelly McFadden. She will offer an overview on researching Revolutionary War ancestors, connecting history and genealogy to why we are celebrating America's 250th anniversary. Handouts are available now. On Firday, June 12th, LCGS past president & USAF veteran Ken Goldsberrry joined USAF veteran Phil Leathery by the Nation's 250th Anniversary poster at the Trailridge Store in Rocky Mountain National Park, past president Bob Larson and the veterans with our antlers. Great weather, but some elk along the highway as shone in the last photo!

LCGS members & past presidents Ken Goldsberry & Bob Larson attended a Flag Day display at Veterans Plaza in Fort Collins today! There were over 40 historical flags displayed at the Plaza starting with Betsy Ross's famous flag to our current US flag!
