Teachers usually love to learn. I had the opportunity to talk pelvic floor with the yoga instructors at yoga pod a little while ago. I so appreciated their genuine passion and desire to deepen their knowledge to bring to their practices and pass along to their students. The energy was so great. Thank you ♥️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

“Come Fly With Me...”

Oh how to describe, just even in a small way, how something as awe inspiring as this makes me feel deep inside? It goes beyond words to a knowing, a feeling that actually needs no words, but just “is”...pure wonderment 💙💫🤍

They are rare events or places that connect us to our true selves, but when you find yourself in one of these moments, take note as best you can so you will know how to find your way back for next time. 🙏🏻

I was introduced to the enneagram about 8 years ago & it resonated SO much for me...such wisdom....happy to be continuing on my life long journey of universal compassion & understanding

Do you know your type? 😇

“My own consistent struggle is to recognize my addictive tendency to validate my worth by curating an unrealistic and unattainable projection of who I think I need to be.”

“Every unrealistic expectation is a resentment waiting to happen”
..as I constantly fail to meet my own standards, the resentment keeps me trapped...

Vaginal PH is important to understand & it’s all so confusing until we do!

Struggling with UTIs, Bacterial Vaginosis, Yeast infections??? 😕🙁☹️You’re not alone. 3 out of 4 women will have at least one yeast infection in their lives; 1 out of 2 a UTI; 1 out of 3 BV. It can be so upsetting. 😢

There’s some good bacteria in there that keep the vaginal PH where it needs to be...slightly acidic... which helps combat those oh so common problems 😇

Sometimes we get out of balance...sugar, alcohol, stress, antibiotics... we need a boost to set us straight.

Probiotics can help, but not just any old Lactobacillus. If you’re struggling with any or all 3 of these common ailments, specific supplementation can be part of the solution. ☝🏼

Wonder why these problems increase after menopause? The vaginal PH rises 👎 due to a decrease in Lactobacillus rhamnosus & Lactobacillus reuteri. 🙁

When they are abundant these little guys excrete acid to keep us where we need to be.

Help your body do it’s thing by feeding it the good stuff! 🙏🏻

Sometimes the little things can make the biggest difference 😄

So you’d think Kegels would be the answer to everything! But they’re not. Sometimes they can actually make a pelvic floor condition worse and other times they’re simply not being done right. More to come on when, how, why & why not...

You know what? We’re all very much the same and yet very unique and it’s all good so long as we’re healthy...and yes I’m talking about “down there”. Pain is not ok. Weakness is not ok. Spasm is not ok. But healthy & happy, however that “looks”...yeah that’s more than ok 🍊🍋🥑🥥🦪🍥
