This is a fantastic resource right in our back yard! Resilient Souls Yoga Studio's founder, Susan Smedley, started the Resilience Beyond Cancer class on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month at 3:30pm. A survivor herself, Susan leads the group in an incredibly restorative contemplative practice for mind and spirit.
