How do you stay organized and keep things SIMPLE for the holidays?! Here are 5 tips!

1. Discard broken lights or decorations that are broken!
2. Donate holiday books you no longer read.
3. Donate excess roles of wrapping paper and gift bags.
4. Purchase an artificial tree during Christmas sales.
5. Discard decor you haven't put up in three years.

It is moving season right now! With such a big change, where do you start?! Here are five simple tips to get started.

1. Throw away items you don't want in a new place. In other words, declutter as much as possible so you have less to move.

2. Look into hiring a local moving company, or DIY with friends.

3. Keep clothes on hangers and in drawers. This saves you an extra step later on.

4. Label boxes according to category, not room. Your new place could be set up very differently.

5. Start by packing the items you use rarely or less often. Right before moving day, pack the essentials.
