8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Another day of collecting sticks/branches/limbs and creating piles for hauling away.
To note - please check in before getting started. We have a small staff, and they may be hard to find, so please be patient with us.
Long pants and sturdy shoes are suggested.
There will be quite a bit of bending over to pick up sticks from the ground so be prepared to have a stiff back on Wednesday 🙃
Thanks again and we look forward to meeting you!

City of Fort Atkinson, WI-Government
Good morning Fort Atkinson!
Just a reminder, that we have a few things to do before anyone can start to help...
We need our insurance assessor to record the damages. A number of monument and headstones are trapped underneath those large limbs/trees, and they could be damaged and in need of repair.
We also need the tree experts to assess the state of the trees - all of the trees, even those that don't appear to be damaged could be.
There are a number of sections that are simply unsafe. Safety is our first priority. We ask that you refrain from entering the property to "look", as tempting as it might be.
Please watch our FB page for updates on how you can help.
We will be posting as soon as we know something.
We thank you for your concern, and we thank you for offering to lend a hand!
We appreciate you!!!
What a wonderful and giving community we live in!
So many thanks to everyone who has already offered to help us!
There is one big thing that is keeping us from starting now… the Insurance Company has asked us to wait until they can review the damages.
Please watch our page for further details on clean-up, and please understand our situation, but we can’t start until we get the green light from our insurance company.
We absolutely appreciate every single one of you!

The skies were incredibly angry last night. We have unimaginable damage and devastation throughout Evergreen Cemetary. It’s beyond heartbreaking.
As a non-profit, with a very limited staff, clean-up and recovery will be a challenge well beyond our ability.
Please consider donating today… we could absolutely use your help.
