Update! Fryer has come to its senses and decided to be a willing Friday participant ❤️

Sometimes being a restaurant owner feels like a big kick in the pants. I’m returning back from surgery to being short staffed and unexpectedly cooking, short items, and a brand new fryer that is considering retiring early on a Friday. We’re trying to figure it all out right now but today isn’t feeling pretty.

Please be patient, because this isn’t a big deal in a world of big deals, but for a little restaurant owner, it’s still a bit overwhelming. We will roll with what we can, how we can.

But least it’s not snowing, right?!

Spinach Dip Grilled Cheese is just what this day calls for. It pairs best with:

Today’s flatbread is our apple, Jones Dairy Farm bacon, Kraemer Wisconsin Cheese blue cheese and mozzarella flatbread. We add kale to make it extra healthy!

It truly is a magic trick that our little kitchen and those humans cooking can make such delicious food for so many! If it’s busy, it’ll take longer, so if you’re in a hurry, try our Irish Stew and a side salad!

This is a regular burger. We have those every day from our friends at Pernats of Ixonia.

We have a Ghost Pepper version today, too. And that’s not for regular people. Special spice people, you’ve prepared for this day. Everyone else, it’s okay to say “no thank you”.
