What a day!
Showmanship is what we emphasize with our kids because how you present your animal is SO important! It can be the difference in moving up a few spots in class, making the cut or if you win your division.
Grayce got her goat S’mores stuck and showed lights out in Pee-wee showmanship. 🤛
Pyper, Hayden & Fynnley battled a tough Heat 1 for Junior Showmanship and Hayden & Pyper came back for the final round.
Mallory locked it in for Heat 2 of Junior Showmanship and made it back to the finals to compete against two of her older siblings.
Final heat for Junior Showmanship was TOUGH! These kids were all great but Mallory was locked in and had her goat stuck and won Reserve Junior Showman! 💥
Today was not only a testament to the hard work our kids are putting in behind the scenes working with their goats but also that our breeding program is coming along!
What an exciting opportunity to have the Reserve Champion Fullblood Doe as well as the Champion Fullblood and Overall Champion Buck that are both bred and owned! 🤯

It was another fun weekend out with the goats at the Northern Classic. Overnight camping left the kids and goats cranky but they worked through it. All the kids did well in Showmanship and King, one of our little Train Station buck kids, brought home another pair of banners at just 8 weeks old! 🤯

A great day for a goat show in Elroy, WI for the Mother’s Day Meat Goat Bash! We had a multi-banner day with some fantastic competition and great time with goat friends!
