Thank you to the 4th and 5th grade parents who hosted the 5th grade breakfast today. It was an emotional morning. I personally am going to miss my kids being at Barrie so much. It is such a great school and we have made many great friends. Kindergarten parents...hold on tight the ride goes fast!!

Thank you to Brittany Alverado and Sarah Crossman for another successful Barrie picnic!! Thank you as well to all the families that attended, the volunteers who helped, and to the kids who had mini grant tables!! We were so lucky the rain missed us!!

Sun Prairie teen starts Buddy Bench project to help kids feel less alone SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. (WMTV) --- When a Sun Prairie teen was trying to figure out what to do for his Eagle Scout service project, he went outside the box for something that's close to his heart.

"Volunteers don't necessarily have the time-they just have the heart!" HEART is exactly what these volunteers have! Rain, cold, exhaustion-nothing stopped them! WOW what can I say--thank you does not seem to do justice for what this group of people did!! Please say thank you the next time you see these generous folks! Many hours were put into this project that just a few days ago seemed un-doable! I can't wait to see the looks on the kids faces on Monday!!! I know I am smiling ear to ear right now!!!
