It’s okay to ask for help. Nobody has it figured out. Mostly everybody is faking it, or has some unseen help. I am so sick of hearing about another bright soul taking his own life. Money is fu**ed, the world is fu**ed, but please know that you are not alone. Social media is a smoke-show, with hand picked moments and memories, mostly the Good, with very little light on the Bad.
